Purr Entertainment Pty Ltd – Conditions of Entry guide for general member behaviour and conditions of conduct

For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and event participants please note the following Terms and Conditions which apply to all members:

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue or membership to any persons.
As this is an invitation only event.

1. Costumes are needed to gain entry to a Purr event; you may be refused entry if we deem you have not met these conditions.
2. Photography is discouraged within any Purr event by members of the general public
3. Photography taken by official PURR photographers and videographers while at a PURR Entertainment Pty Ltd event remains the property of Purr Entertainment Pty Ltd, and may be used for promotional activities for Purr and affiliated businesses.
4. Official Purr Photographers will be both taking photos and videos of the night. By accepting these terms & conditions, patrons allow Purr Entertainment to use these images for any marketing or promotional use undertaken by Purr Entertainment Pty Ltd and affiliated businesses
5. Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or from any venues that Purr Entertainment hires for our events.
6. All Purr events are held in smoke free venues – smoking is not permitted within the venue. Designated area’s have been assigned and for those wishing to smoke. Venue staff will direct you to the relevant area.
7. Venue Management reserves the right to manage patron access via screening equipment/checks.
8. Venue Management reserves the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing for the following prohibited items:
   • alcohol
   • opened drink containers
   • cans/glass
   • unauthorised temporary signage and promotional products
   • professional cameras, audio recording equipment or video cameras
   • any other item that in the opinion of management could cause harm or public nuisance.
9. The movement of patrons while in any of the venues is subject to monitoring by security cameras. Patrons may be filmed/photographed.
10. Patrons are admitted to any Purr venues at their own risk.
11. Purr Entertainment will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal property.
12. Patrons failing to comply with these Conditions by our staff or their representatives may be ejected from all Purr venues, and as a member of Purr.
13. Pass outs will not be issued.
